Welcome to CrunchChess. By accessing or using CrunchChess, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
CrunchChess is an online chess training platform designed to help players improve their chess skills through structured practice, puzzles, training exercises, progress tracking, and related educational content.
CrunchChess is intended for use by chess players of a range of ages, including children, with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
A minor (a person under the age of 18, or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction) cannot enter into a binding agreement. If the user is a minor, these Terms must be reviewed and accepted by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to them on the child's behalf and is responsible for the child's use of the platform. For younger children, a parent or guardian should create and manage the account and supervise its use.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are either at least 18 years old, or a parent/guardian accepting on behalf of a minor.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
